D.A.R EVENT

For this project, I was told by the production arts teacher that I needed to help organise an event, this took place in the theatre on a Wednesday, I was helping out an event that turned out to be an art exhibition but also the music entertainment for it. For my role in this I was helping out the production arts team, this was Zia, Sephora and Vadim, my role was to help out with the stage for the exhibition and to set up tables and put out food and drinks both alcoholic and soft drinks. In order to do what I set out to do I learnt the basics on setting up a arch exhibition stage stand. Then I got the tables as many as we could get and placed them on the theatre, we made sure that the tables were covered in a WKC logo in order to make it look presentable and to tell the public who was involved in the event. We got the food and drinks and set them out neatly. We put out glass cups, champagne and ice buckets to make it look like a fancy exhibition. We didn't really do anything apart from that we were told to do those jobs and that was it, I would have liked to helped out with more but unfortunately we weren't asked.
